4. Search for your desired destination on the interactive map.
5. Select the travel category that suits your needs (basic, comfort, or family).
6. Next, you will be provided with an estimated fare for your trip, including a breakdown of costs (please note that fares may vary in case of route changes or waiting times).
7. You will be able to view the driver's photo, their service rating, vehicle information, and track their location on the map while you wait (rest assured, waiting times are minimal).
8. Furthermore, you can utilize the in-app chat feature to communicate any specific instructions or details about your trip. This service is completely free of charge.
9. Pay for your trip in cash directly to the driver.
10. After completing your trip, take a moment to rate your experience and provide feedback about the driver. Your opinion is crucial to us. Additionally, you will receive a travel receipt or invoice via email.
