La Nave is a mobile application that facilitates the connection between passengers and drivers in Cuba, operating 24/7 regardless of your destination.

How does it work?

<ol>
 <li>Enable location services and mobile data on your phone (this information is used by the application to arrange pick-up and determine the route to follow).</li>
 <li>Open the application.</li>
 <li>Complete the registration process (it's quick and easy).</li>
 <li>Search for your desired destination on the interactive map.</li>
 <li>Select the travel category that suits your needs (basic, comfort, or family).</li>
 <li>Next, you will be provided with an estimated fare for your trip, including a breakdown of costs (please note that fares may vary in case of route changes or waiting times).</li>
 <li>You will be able to view the driver's photo, their service rating, vehicle information, and track their location on the map while you wait (rest assured, waiting times are minimal).</li>
 <li>Furthermore, you can utilize the in-app chat feature to communicate any specific instructions or details about your trip. This service is completely free of charge.</li>
 <li>Pay for your trip in cash directly to the driver.</li>
 <li>After completing your trip, take a moment to rate your experience and provide feedback about the driver. Your opinion is crucial to us. Additionally, you will receive a travel receipt or invoice via email.</li>
